What is the exchange policy?

As all products are handcrafted, the final product might slightly deviate from the photo shown on the website / Instagram. At Rose Amelia Jewelry, we inspect every item before it is sent out to our customers. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail with their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible return shipping charges.
